I just gave my therapist a link to my Dreamwidth. Only the public entries, but we thought it'd be useful for her to see how I express myself in writing. Obviously I'm a bit nervous about this!

Not the same, but I recently signed a release of information between my therapist and my home support worker. Allowing the people who are supposed to be helping us to have more access to who we are seems like it will help them do their job better.
